As summer softens into autumn, we arrive at the equinox, a seasonal threshold where day and night meet in near-equal measure. The Autumnal Rituals are an invitation to move with the season: an evening of intentional movement, release, and restoration.

Through grounding movement, sound, and guided gua sha, we will soften held tension and reconnect with the body. Through tarot, astrology, and reflection, we will turn inward and explore what this threshold is asking us to release and carry forward.
