Booking Policies & Details

* This is a private group booking for up to 4 guests total.
* Pricing is flat and does not change if fewer than 4 guests attend.
* For parties of 2 guests, we recommend booking standard back-to-back appointments instead.

* Each guest receives an individual skin analysis.
* Analyses are conducted one at a time using our in-store diagnostic device.
* Appointment length may vary per guest.

* Experience runs 5:00 PM–7:00 PM sharp.
* Late arrivals may reduce individual consultation time.

* Offered on select Sundays only and must be requested in advance.
* Date is confirmed only after email approval from our team.

* Light refreshments are included.
* Alcohol service (champagne) available for guests 21+.

* 10% discount applies to in-store purchases made during the event only.
* Discount cannot be combined with other promotions.

* Non-refundable once confirmed due to limited after-hours staffing.
* One reschedule permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice.
